Overview
Our Innovation Team was called to design a new product based on previous hypothesis, define MVP, and solution overview of data intelligence engaged by a chain of small bars. The other part of our mission was to generate a playbook for future Ambev innovation projects, following our methods of discovery and concept generation.
The Challenge
Implement digital innovation projects in establishments with low level technology infrastructure and low adherence to current technologies, trying to positively impacting the lives of these small entrepreneurs.
