ESCO Institute embarked on a two-year initiative to modernize its education platform and streamline internal and certification processes, driven by operational slowdowns caused by legacy systems. As the Lead Designer for 12 months of this project, I was responsible for discovery, user testing, design, and team management.

The outcome was a unified, web-based solution that successfully consolidated 13 disparate legacy systems into four accessible platforms, significantly enhancing usability and incorporating numerous automations to boost the performance and work pace of all involved.
